The company began its property management journey in 1999 with the purchase of it’s first multi-residential property and has grown into a family business with strong core values. The team is comprised of 2 Electrical Engineers which over 40+ years combined experience on large-scale construction projects ranging from large downtown office complex’s/condos, high profile government infrastructure, Oil & Gas, LNG, airport infrastructure, and mass transportation (LRT). Working for DOW30 and Fortune 500 companies the technical expertise is something you can count on. Estimating, planning, and scheduling is nothing the team is afraid of and loves a good challenge.
Our third team member is our Senior Property Manager. With over 20+ years managing multi-residential properties there is nothing we have not seen or tackled. A wealth of knowledge and deep understanding of all the rules and regulations in Ontario. Nothing makes us happier than seeing all parties happy and a smoothly ran building.
